Match report Conference fixture picked due to fixture secretary messing up (w award). vinny lost the toss and we were asked to bat first. On a very slow pitch and slow outfieldGood opening partnership of 37 between Ben and Vinny involving a lot of running before good cheshunt bowling reduced us to 63 -4 off 21 overs with flipper sacrificing his wicket first ball-quack quack. good middle order bashing from Dingy (27), tricks(21) and rich gough(24) got us up to a respectable 161-9 off our 40 overs.

Cheshunt started well before our bowlers battled back well supported by good fielding. Dingy ,r.gough and tricks all picked up three wickets with rob morgan taking two spectacular slip catches(No.1 slip fielder). We reduced the opposition to 130 all out from 33 overs to win by 31 runs. Good win -vinnys first as skipper kept the good start to the season going. well done all.
