Match report On a lovely day out west, Saracens fielded in the heat first, while our supporters got burnt on the sidelines.

One large partnership of 140 got Maidenhead to 214 off their 40 overs. The Mansen boys bowled well on their first start for the year, the rest of the bowling steady. Saracens welcome David New, with a monster arm, into the side.
In reply, Sarries scoring at just over 3 an over, pushing to 4 an over up to drinks. Key was not losing wickets with Fanny (Ayre, 49) and Bungle (Cody, 16) doing the openers jobs and staying there for a while.

At 4 wickets down, sarries need 128 off 16 overs to win, and with some classy hitting from Cheese (Jason Mansen, 79 no) and less classy hitting from Woody (Morgan, 46no) they got home with 1.4 overs to spare. Great win.
