Match report It was a glorious day, plenty of sun and a great day for cricket. Enfield batted first, got off to an ok start. A large second wicket partnership after a generous second chance from their umpire (Rowe 72, Bolt 38) got them to 103 for 1. From there, Jackson (41) kept their innings, but then wickets started falling regularly, and they declared on 181 for 9.

Saracens chase started well, with Matt 'Fanny' Ayre (22) and Andrew 'Dinghy' Young (26) doing well. Andy 'Squibby' Bigby dealt in boundaries (35, eight fours and a three) kept it going, but the rest did very little - two sixes from Rob 'Woody' Morgan (19) the only other batting breaking double figures.

Look forward to the second clash later in the year.
